Lawfare
Lawfare—the weaponization of legal action—is being used to suppress dissent, silence opposition, and erode constitutional rights. This abuse of power undermines democracy, replacing justice with persecution. Combating lawfare requires vigilance, awareness, and action to uphold due process and protect our freedoms.

The men and women who stood up for what they believe was a fraudulent election are now suffering immensely, as they are being politically persecuted.
Americans Targeted by Lawfare & Political Persecution
Stand for Justice – Protect Our Constitutional Rights
Many Americans faced the abuse of power under the previous administration’s Department of Justice, enduring legal battles that raised serious concerns about fairness and due process. In contrast to the lack of accountability following the 2020 riots, which resulted in loss of life and widespread destruction with few arrests, these individuals were subjected to relentless prosecution simply for exercising their rights.
Some detainees spent months—some over a year—in solitary confinement, often without access to basic human needs, including proper grooming and religious services, in clear violation of correctional facility protocols. Many lost jobs, homes, family connections, and even access to their legal representation, with reports of detainees being denied meetings with their attorneys, further compromising their ability to defend themselves. All the while, they were repeatedly denied bail and faced severe sentences based on politically driven and unjust charges.
With few legal options, many had to rely on overburdened public defenders, some of whom lacked the resources to provide a strong defense. Meanwhile, many elected officials failed to stand up for these Americans and their right to peacefully protest.
While some have endured their sentences, the fight is far from over. Many others continue to battle against lawfare—the weaponization of the legal system to silence and punish dissent. They face mounting legal fees, ongoing trials, and an uphill struggle for justice.
Now, more than ever, we must come together to uphold justice and protect our constitutional rights. Join us in standing for fairness, due process, and freedom—because this fight is not over!
