Weaponization Of Government
We Provide Support to those being Politically Persecuted along with their families.
The J6 detainees are subject to the abuse of power under the current administration’s federal Department of Justice. The targeted focus in the wake of 2020 Antifa riots that left many killed but saw a record low in arrests should be concerning to every American.
The D.C. detainees have been held in solitary confinement conditions for over eight months (some over a year) and have been denied access to basic human needs such as grooming and religious services in violation of D.C. correctional facility protocol. They have lost jobs, homes, family etc., while repeatedly denied bail. These men are facing unreasonable and harsh sentences on what only can be described as bogus and “TRUMPED” up charges.
These defendants have no choice but to put their lives in the hands of mostly politically biased public defenders. The enormity of these cases is overwhelming for these public defenders, and they are not equipped to properly defend the rights of these detainees. In addition, it appears that the majority of Republican representatives have completely abandoned these Americans. With the exception of a handful, the rest have totally turned their backs on Americans exercising their right to publicly protest, and we know they will not stand by our sides and fight with us, so we need YOU to act now!
Dear Supporters,
Patriot Freedom Project is looking for Pro Bono and Low Bono attorneys to step up to defend the political prisoners of January 6th. Our Republic and our constitutional rights depend on YOU! There are more than (70) J6 detainees, most of whom are housed in the Washington D.C. correctional facility that are in need of aggressive representation.
The J6 detainee constitutional right to a fair trial is in jeopardy. To quote Chief Judge Beryl Howell of the D.C. District Court: “What happened on that day at the Capitol is criminal activity that is destined to go down in the history books of this country. On January 6th there was an assault on the U.S. Capitol during a joint session of congress certifying the 2020 presidential election results. This violence disrupted a constitutional function of congress necessary to the presidential transition and to the functioning of our democracy. This was not a peaceful protest. Hundreds of people came to Washington D.C. to disrupt the transition of power and to thwart congress. During the assault on the Capitol that was intended to disrupt the peaceful transition of power to the new administration, as designed under our U.S. constitution, five people died and many more were injured.” The D.C. District Court is overseeing the more than 600 cases relating to January 6. Comments like this from a Chief Judge, who is responsible for superintending the D.C. District Court and taking on additional judicial duties (see the Code of District Columbia 11-906) will make it next to impossible for any one of these defendants to get a fair trial.
Nine states have mandatory pro bono reporting requirements for their attorneys (Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico New York). Thirteen states have voluntary pro bono reporting requirements for their attorneys (Arizona, Connecticut, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Montana, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington).
